Installing GA4 in your Shopify Account

This article is for customers looking to install their Google Analytics (GA) GA4 account to Shopify.

Estimated 2 minute process

1. Confirm you have a GA4 property in your GA account
2. Login to Shopify
3. Click "Sales channels" on the left hand side
4. Type Google into the search bar that appears and hit enter
   
5. Click Google & YouTube channel (click the name)
6. Click "Add app"
7. Click Add sales channel button
8. Click Connect Google account
9. Login to your Google account
10. Click allow on the google permissions pop up
11. Click Setup Google Analytics only
12. Click connect next to the GA4 property
