I don't see my ad showing when I search my keywords in Google, why?

Many clients mistakenly think that if they type their keywords into Google their ads will appear every time. This leads to sitting on their computers and type in every keyword they can think of to see their ad appear.

In reality, this does not work. Google is smart enough to know that the same searches are carried out on the same keywords from the same people. Google filters IP addresses when users don’t show intention to buy or suspect fraud. Consistent searching is likely to prevent you from seeing your own ad at all.

If you want to try and see your own ad by searching keywords we recommend you log into your account and use the Ad Preview Tool.

New Media Retailer also provides a monthly report to keep you informed, and help you determine the effectiveness of your ad performance.
