Adding a New User to Google Business Profile

Follow the steps above to add a new user to your Google Business Profile.


*If the email address you added is the email address connected to NMR Analytics, you will need to accept the invitation to manage the listing before you can proceed with syncing Google Business Profile into NMR Analytics.


Steps:

  1. Log into the Google account that has access to your Google Business Profile listing
  2. Once logged in, visit google.com/business or simply type your business name into the search
  3. Click 3 vertical dots
  4. Click Business Profile settings
  5. Click People and Access
  6. Click +Add button (in blue)
  7. Enter email address
  8. Choose between Owner or Manager
  9. Click Invite (blue button)
  10. User must accept the invitation before they will be able to have access to the Google Business listing
