1. Please grant NMR agency access on your Facebook business page by following these steps. Here is our business info: New Media Retailer, business portfolio ID: 1795536587424965
2: Click on the connection link sent to you by New Media Retailer
(Please note: This link will expire in 6 days and whoever is going to establish these connections will need to have Admin access to your company's Facebook account):
Once you click the link you will be brought to a landing page. Simply select the 'Connect Facebook' button.
You should then see the following prompt > Check the box next to 'Opt in to all current and future pages' and then select continue & save:
You will then be prompted to connect one more time. It should look something like this, except your business name will be present. Click '+ connect page' & you should be all set!
You will repeat a very similar connection process with Instagram, however, Instagram does require your account be a business one vs. personal in order to post through an API (which is what is used on NMR Local). Here is a quick video on how to switch your account, if necessary.
Please let New Media Retailer know once these steps are complete so we can finish things up on our end.
