How to Save an Excel Spreadsheet in CSV format

1. Open your spreadsheet in Excel.

 

2. Ensure UPCs are in the proper number format. Without this step, Excel will round off the last six digits of each UPC by converting them into scientific notation. Follow these steps to ensure your UPCs are saved as numbers, not scientific notation:

3. In Excel, select File > Save As

4. Change the file format to CSV (Comma-delimited)

5. Save the file to a location of your choosing.
