How do I update retail and/or sale pricing on my products?

To update pricing on your products, all changes must first be made in your POS system. This is the key step that triggers pricing updates in your online catalog.

What happens next?

• If you have an automatic POS integration:
  Once pricing is updated in your POS, the changes will sync automatically to your online catalog during the next sync cycle—typically within a few hours, but it may take up to 24 hours.
• If you do not have an automatic POS integration:
  After updating pricing in your POS, you will need to export your updated POS data and import it into Catalyst. The new pricing will then be reflected in your online catalog on the next sync, usually within 24 hours.
