The NMR Helpdesk connects you directly to the subject matter expert who handles your specific technical issue, without needing to go through an intermediary first. Your Marketing Specialist remains your point of contact for anything marketing-related (social media, email campaigns, video, content), while the Helpdesk now handles technical questions, such as product catalog updates, POS integration, Astro Loyalty, Shopify questions, and Google connections.
Quick rule of thumb: if your question is about what you're saying to your customers, it's a marketing question - talk to your Marketing Specialist. If it's about whether something is working correctly, it's a technical question - that's what the Helpdesk is for.
What the Helpdesk covers
The Helpdesk supports the following categories:

How the Helpdesk works
- Go to the Helpdesk request form
- Choose the category that best matches your issue
- Fill in your email, store name, a short title, and a description of your request
- Verify your email to complete the submission
Mark your request with as much detail as possible - the more specific your description, the faster our expert can dig in.
Once submitted, your request is automatically routed to the specialist who handles that category - no need to go through your Marketing Specialist first.
