This guide will walk you through the process of accessing and logging in to your Catalyst account.
Account creation
Our team creates user accounts. If you do not yet have an account, please contact your specialist to request one.
Once your account is created, you will receive an email containing a temporary password and the link to access Catalyst.
Setting a password
You can set a password by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link and following the prompts. A link to reset your password will be emailed to you, provided that a Catalyst account is associated with your email address. This password will be used for future logins.
Logging in
Enter your email address and password in the provided fields on the login page at https://catalyst.newmediaretailer.com.
After successfully logging in, you will be redirected to the Catalyst Dashboard. This is your central hub for managing your account, accessing features, and making the most of your Catalyst experience.
