What do I do if I find an error in my catalog?

Just let us know, we'll fix it!

Our database is estimated at over 99% accuracy. But, mistakes do occur. 

Mistakes may include:

  • Duplicate UPC
  • Wrong UPC
  • Outdated Product Image
  • Incorrect Description

If you encounter one of these issues in your catalog, please reach out to your Marketing Specialist and they will be happy to troubleshoot this for you! 

We will resolve the issue in both your site's catalog and the master Catalyst database.
