Product correction requests for Product Title changes can be submitted directly to our team through the Catalyst dashboard.

Product Title change request example:

If you're on your site and see a product title that needs updating to match the manufacturer, please let us know so we can make the applicable adjustments for those products.

Example 1 - A product name needs an update to make it read better to customers. For example, 100% NATURAL BURLAP as the product title but it should be 100% Natural Burlap to match the manufacturer and look cleaner.

Example 2 - A product name was updated by the manufacturer recently. For example, Quikrete Draining River Rock should now be called Quikrete Drainage All Purpose Rock.

Please note, all product correction requests must be applicable to every customer.
