How to Submit Product Correction Requests in Catalyst

Product corrections can be submitted directly to our Contractor Team through your Catalyst Dashboard. Please note, all product correction requests must be applicable to every customer. 


Product Corrections overview:


Log into Catalyst

  1. Go To Matched Products
  2. Search for the product you would like to request a change for
  3. Click 'Detail' to the right of the product
  4. Click the pencil icon next to the field you would like to edit
  5. Click 'Submit Correction'

To view product update requests you have already submitted, follow these steps:

  1. Go to 'Product Requests'
  2. Select the toggle for 'Product Corrections'
